Move-In Process

This page contains full move-in information for Saint Louis University students. You will find assigned time blocks and parking information for each residence hall when the information becomes available.

New Student Move-in is Aug. 15, 2025! Assigned time blocks will be between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Students will be assigned a time block along with your Fall 2025 housing assignment between July 10-15.

New Student Move-in

  • Schedule: You will be assigned a specific time block on Aug. 15, 2025, to make the move-in process as seamless as possible.
  • Timing: Your residence hall and floor will determine your assigned move-in time.
  • Parking: Please print the parking pass for your location, and place it on your dashboard during move-in. Individual parking passes will become available closer to the move-in date.

Returning Students

Time blocks for returning students are designed to help with traffic flow. Returning students can request early move-in. The request process will be communicated to students closer to the move-in date. Returning student move-in will be Aug. 16, and Aug. 17, 2025. Students will be assigned a time block via email between July 10-15.

Move-In Steps

1. Arrive and Check-In

On move-in day, please arrive during your assigned time. Proceed to the designated parking area for your residence hall or apartment (see parking passes above).

2. Relocate Your Vehicle

Once you finish unloading, relocate vehicles to the designated area so others are able to move in. If you park in the Laclede Garage and need to leave, you will be able to park in the Olive Compton Garage when you return. Golf cart shuttles will run from the Olive Compton Garage if you need assistance getting back to your building.
